From Monday 7th July, we will be reopening our Hevingham store for walk in customers. So that's all 3 stores now open to customers.
From Monday 15th June, we reopened our Norwich and Dereham stores for walk in customers. Phone and online orders will continue to operate as they have over the past 6 weeks.
As Click and Collect has been very successful at our Norwich store we have decided to keep this as an option indefinitely and have also added the Click and Collect option for the Dereham store from Saturday 13th June and for Hevingham from Monday 10th August.
We are offering National Delivery in the normal way. As from Monday 10th August, We are now in a position to offer local "Norfolk Delivery" again at our £5.00 plus VAT flat rate. Local deliveries will be via our own vehicles. However, timescales maybe slightly longer than they were pre-COVID. Norwich we can generally cover within 1-2 days and coastal or more remote areas within 3-4 days. Please feel free to give us a call prior to ordering to check when we would be able to deliver to your area.
Norfolk Delivery Update: Local customers, depending on your location in Norfolk, if you place your order by phone on 01603 620056 or 01362 691291 we may be able to offer a delivery service. This service is limited for now so may not always be possible. Please call us to check.
Click & Collect
This option is now available at at all 3 stores. Please place your order via the website and choose the store you wish to collect from. Please DO NOT come to store until we have contacted you to let you know your order is ready for collection. We will email you once your order is ready fro collection. We have bays set up at both stores to allow for contact-free collection.
Order Time Scales
There may be delays on orders being ready for collection or delivery in these times, so please allow us up to 3 working days to get your order ready for you. This applies to both online and phone orders. We will contact you once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.
Orders can be placed via phone if you wish. Please call 01603 620056 for Norwich collections or 01362 691291 for Dereham collections or 01603 754611 for Hevingham collections. Orders for National Delivery should placed via our website in the normal way.
Coming to store
We are following all government guidelines and restricting the number of customers we have in store at any one time. Please be aware you may be asked to wait outside until a customer has left before you are able to enter the store. We are asking customers to pay by card rather than cash for in store purchases wherever possible.
Norwich Worktop & Wall Panel Showroom
Due to high demand and to ensure social distancing, our Worktop and Wall Panel Showroom is open by appointment only for the foreseeable future. We will be on hand to help with any questions you may have however we do request you come to our sales counter where we have protective screens up to protect our staff and customers. No staff will be able to assist in the showroom at this time. Thank you all for your understanding.
Phone orders are to be paid for by card. Website orders are to be paid for in the normal way. Account customers can follow their normal terms, noting collections will only be available where accounts are paid up-to-date.
For orders being delivered please allow up to 8 days for your order to reach you before contacting us. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.
In these times there may be items that become unavailable due to the increase in demand that we are experiencing. If this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can and offer an alternative where ever possible.
Are all your stores reopen?
Yes, we are pleased to announce that we have now reopened all 3 stores. Hevingham is accepting phone orders and walk in customers. Norwich and Dereham is open for website orders, phone orders, Click and Collect and walk in customers.
I live local to Norfolk and want something delivered can you do this?
Yes, we are happy to say we are now in a position to be able to offer our local Norfolk delivery once again. However our timescales maybe a couple of extra days longer than we were able to offer pre-COVID.
I don’t have a vehicle big enough to collect my order, what shall I do?
For Click and Collect orders we would recommend only purchasing products that you are able to safely load onto your vehicle. We offer smaller lengths of nearly all our products so please choose these. Alternatively, if you are in Norfolk, choose Norfolk Delivery instead of Click-and-Collect and we will deliver to you at our normal "Norfolk Delivery" fee. If you are outside Norfolk, then choose National Delivery and our external delivery companies will deliver to you at our normal national delivery fee.
For phone orders being collected we can cut your items down to a more manageable length if required. Please ask for this when you call. Cutting is available on phone orders only. For example a 5m length of fascia can be cut to 3m and 2m length.
Can I place an order over the phone?
I have placed an order, how do I collect?
All 3 Branches are now open for Click-and-Collect, When you place your order, you select which store you wish to collect from and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
For Online Orders please select the store you wish to collect from on the checkout page of our website. Once you have placed an order you will receive a new order email, this will include your order number. Once your order has been picked ready for collection, we will send you a Order Ready for Collection email letting you know that your order is ready for collection.
For Phone Orders we will call you once your order is ready for collection to arrange a collection slot.
Please only come to store when we have contacted you to say your order is ready for collection.

I have placed an order, where is it?
In these times we are all learning new ways to work. Please allow us extra time than normal to get your order ready. We will aim to have any order ready within 3 days of order placement, though we would hope we can do this much quicker. If after this time if you have not heard from us regarding your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it straight away for you. If you have placed an order for delivery, you will receive a shipped email notification. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving the shipped email. If after this time you have not had your order please contact us via email.
I need to speak to someone for advice what shall I do?
Feel free to call any of our stores for help and advice. Please be aware we are still extremely busy in all our stores so we may not be able to assist as quickly as we had previously. Alternatively we are always available via email.
I need something urgent what shall I do?
We are all working as hard as we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. If you order is urgent please allow up to 3 days for us to contact you. A Next Day or Same Day service is simply not possible at this time.
