From Monday 4nd May, we are taking website and phone orders for Delivery and a new Click and Collect Service at our Norwich store only. (Dereham and Hevingham Stores are remaining closed for the time being)
We will be offering National Delivery in the normal way. Any local customers please select Delivery and these orders will be delivered by our partner couriers and not by the Mr Plastic Team.
There may be delays on orders being ready for collection or delivery in these times, so please allow us up to 3 working days to get your order ready for you. This applies to both website and phone orders. We will contact you once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.
For national worktop and shower panel deliveries, we can offer a kerbside delivery only. This means we require two people to be at the delivery address to accept the delivery. If this is not possible we will not be able to deliver any worktops or shower panels at this time. These are delivered direct by the manufacturer so we please allow extra time for your order to reach you before booking in any works to be carried out. We are aiming to complete all national worktop and shower wall panel deliveries within 14 days.
Phone Ordering Service
Our phone lines are open from 7.30am - 2pm (We are closing our phone lines at 2pm each day to allow us time to get orders ready for the following day)
We are offering a phone ordering service. Please only call the store to place an order. If you have any questions of any kind, please send them via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to answer them within 24 hours. This will keep our phone lines free for orders.
All orders of any kind will need to be paid for prior to collection. We are of course not handling any cash at this time. Phone orders are to be paid for by card. Website orders are to be paid for in the normal way. Account customers will need to follow their normal terms. Collections will only be available where accounts are paid up-to-date.
We will be working with a smaller team than normal with social distancing measures strictly in place, therefore no customer will be able to enter the store at any time until further notice.
For orders being delivered please allow up to 8 days for your order to reach you before contacting us. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.
Is your Dereham or Hevingham Store open?
Unfortunately, No. At present only the Norwich store has opened and only for Delivery and Click-and-Collect orders. Of course, as soon as this changes, we will let all customers know via a message on the website and through our social media channels.
I live local to Norfolk and want something delivered can you do this?
Yes, we are delivering, but at present for Norfolk deliveries we are using external couriers instead of our own vehicles and staff from the Mr Plastic Team. Please choose the delivery method where there will be a fee for delivery added. There is no discount delivery fee for Norfolk orders at present.
I don’t have a vehicle big enough to collect my order, what shall I do?
For Website orders, we would recommend only purchasing products that you are able to safely load onto your vehicle. We offer smaller lengths of nearly all our products so please choose these. Alternatively choose Delivery instead of Click-and-Collect and our external delivery companies will deliver to you at our normal national delivery fee.
For Phone orders being collected we can cut your items down to a more manageable length if required. Please ask for this when you call. Cutting is available on phone orders only. For example a 5m length of fascia can be cut to 3m and 2m length.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes please call 01603 620056 to place an order. The lines are open to orders only, so any queries you have please email us on email@example.com. We will answer your emails as soon as possible with the aim to reply within 24 hours. Any order placed over the phone will need to be paid for by card. We are not offering cash on collection.
I have placed an order, how do I collect?
We have opened our Norwich store for collections only.
For Website orders, once you have placed an order you will receive a new order email, this will include your order number. Once your order has been picked and packed ready for collection we will call you on the number you have provided to arrange a collection slot with you. Please let us know when you will be collecting and we will have your order ready at that time. Please provide your car registration number so we are aware when you come to us. Only come to store at your allocated time. Wait in your car in our car park for a member of the team to bring your order out to you. They will leave your order by your vehicle with any relevant paperwork attached. Once our team member has left your order outside your vehicle and returned to our warehouse, please load your order safely onto your vehicle.
For phone orders, we will call you once your order is ready for collection to arrange a collection slot.

I have placed an order, where is it?
In these times we are all learning new ways to work. Please allow us extra time than normal to get your order ready. We cannot offer same day collection. We will aim to have any order ready within 3 days of order placement, though we would hope we can do this much quicker. If after this time if you have not heard from us regarding your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it straight away for you. If you have placed an order for delivery, you will receive a shipped email notification. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving the shipped email. If after this time you have not had your order please contact us via email.
I need to speak to someone for advice what shall I do?
We are asking customers to email any enquiries at this time as our phone lines are very busy and need to keep these open. Our team are all highly experienced and can answer your questions via email. If your call is regarding an update on an order we will do our best to assist on the phone but at busy periods we may not be able to. We are aiming to answer any general enquiries within 48 hours and order enquiries within 24 hours.
I need something urgent what shall I do?
We are all working as hard as we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. If you order is urgent please allow up to 3 days for us to contact you. A Next Day or Same Day service is simply not possible at this time.
