We are offering National Delivery in the normal way and will offer our local delivery service when possible. At particularly busy times we may need to temporarily suspend local deliveries.
Click & Collect
This option is now available at our Norwich and Dereham stores. Please place your order via the website and choose the store you wish to collect from. Please DO NOT come to store until we have contacted you to let you know your order is ready for collection. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. We have bays set up at both stores to allow for contact-free collection.
Order Time Scales
There may be delays on orders being ready for collection or delivery in these times, so please allow us up to 3 working days to get your order ready for you. This applies to both online and phone orders. We will contact you once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.
We have always prided ourselves in holding a very large amount of products in stock at all times. Unfortunately with the current situation some items are occasionally out of stock or may take a little longer to become available than normal. We are doing our very best to keep stock levels up but cannot guarantee this at this time. With any order where items may not be available we do our best to offer a suitable alternative or advise on a lead time of any items out of stock.
Coming to store
We are following all government guidelines and restricting the number of customers we have in store at any one time. Please be aware you may be asked to wait outside until a customer has left before you are able to enter the store. We are asking customers to pay by card rather than cash for in store purchases wherever possible.

Phone orders are to be paid for by card. Website orders are to be paid for in the normal way. Account customers can follow their normal terms, noting collections will only be available where accounts are paid up-to-date.
For orders being delivered please allow up to 8 days for your order to reach you before contacting us. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.

I live local to Norfolk and want something delivered can you do this?
Yes, we are offering our local £5 Norfolk delivery services when possible. However, in particularly busy periods it may be necessary to suspend Local Deliveries temporarily. Please note our timescales maybe a couple of extra days longer than we were able to offer pre-COVID.
I don’t have a vehicle big enough to collect my order, what shall I do?
For Click and Collect orders we would recommend only purchasing products that you are able to safely load onto your vehicle. We offer smaller lengths of nearly all our products so please choose these
For phone orders being collected we can cut your items down to a more manageable length if required. Please ask for this when you call. Cutting is available on phone orders only. For example a 5m length of fascia can be cut to 3m and 2m length.
Can I place an order over the phone?
I have placed an order, how do I collect?
All 3 Branches are now open for Click-and-Collect, When you place your order, you select which store you wish to collect from and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
For Online Orders please select the store you wish to collect from on the checkout page of our website. Once you have placed an order you will receive a new order email, this will include your order number. Once your order has been picked ready for collection, we will send you an Order Ready for Collection email letting you know that your order is ready for collection.
For Phone Orders we will call you once your order is ready for collection.
Please only come to store when we have contacted you to say your order is ready for collection.

I have placed an order, where is it?
In these times we are all learning new ways to work. Please allow us extra time than normal to get your order ready. We will aim to have any order ready within 3 days of order placement, though we would hope we can do this much quicker. If after this time if you have not heard from us regarding your order please email email@example.com and we will look into it straight away for you. If you have placed an order for delivery, you will receive a shipped email notification. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving the shipped email. If after this time you have not had your order please contact us via email.
I need to speak to someone for advice what shall I do?
Feel free to call any of our stores for help and advice. Please be aware we are still extremely busy in all our stores so we may not be able to assist as quickly as we had previously. Alternatively we are always available via email.
I need something urgent what shall I do?
We are all working as hard as we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. If you order is urgent please allow up to 3 days for us to contact you. A Next Day or Same Day service is simply not possible at this time.
