Deliveries

Both local and national deliveries are available, However delivery timescales maybe slightly longer than normal.

Click & Collect

This option is now available at our Norwich and Dereham stores. Please place your order via the website and choose your desired store at checkout. Please DO NOT come to the store until we have contacted you to let you know your order is ready for collection. We will email you once your order is ready for collection.

Order and Delivery Time Scales

There may be delays on orders being ready for collection or delivery in these times, so please allow us up to 3 working days to get your order ready for you. Please allow 5 working days for an order to reach once it has been dispatched. Local Norfolk deliveries will be same day or next day.

Product Availability

We have always prided ourselves in holding a very large amount of products in stock at all times. Unfortunately with the current situation some items are occasionally out of stock or may take a little longer to become available than normal. We are doing our very best to keep stock levels up but cannot guarantee this at this time. With any order where items may not be available we do our best to offer a suitable alternative or advise on a lead time of any items out of stock.
