Can you tell me the delivery costs?
We use the most effective shipping method for each order based on the items your order and the postage address. Local Norfolk delivery is discounted as we use our own vehicles to deliver.
To find the shipping costs for the items you wish to purchase...
- Add the items to the cart
- Click "Cart" on the top right corner and click on the red "CHECK SHIPPING & CHECKOUT" button
- There is an Estimate Shipping and Tax box where you enter your postcode, click "ESTIMATE" and select from the Delivery options.
- This will now show you the Shipping Costs for your items and the grand total.
- The maximum delivery charge for a Norfolk delivery (NR postcodes) is just £5, no matter how large the order.
I require a quantity of the same item do you offer a discount?
Yes, items where this option is available can be seen within the product details. If the item shows an "as low as" symbol under it, please view product for bulk discounts.
Do you offer discounts for high value orders?
Yes, if your basket total exceeds £500.00 + VAT before shipping please Email Us us a copy of your basket where we will happily look at a discounted rate for you.
Do you have a minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value or minimum quantity value. You can order any product on our website in a single order if you wish to. Our delivery charges start at just £2.49 + VAT.
I have not purchased from you before, how do I know the products are good quality?
We only sell quality products made by the most well-known manufacturers in the UK such as Polypipe, Freefoam and Bushboard. We pride ourselves on offering only great quality products with excellent customer service. Products only make it on to our website once we are confident they are the best quality we can offer.
You have items on your website I have not been able to locate anywhere, do you have these items in stock or will there a delay in my order being processed?
We aim to have as much of our online catalogued product available for immediate dispatch as possible. We hold large quantities of many unusual or hard to locate products. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch you order within 3 working days we will contact you. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement.
Do you have phone number I can call to place my order or ask a question?
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 3 days since order placement however you will generally receive your order before this. Orders placed before 12pm noon are generally shipped same day. If you have not received your order or email confirmation within 3 days of order placement please email us with your order number.
Can I collect my order from one of your Norfolk branches?
Currently we are unable to offer a Click & Collect service. However we are in the process of adding this facility to our website. Please check back soon.
