Returns

To return any item Email Us to obtain an RMA number (this must be done for all orders, including Norfolk deliveries)

Unwanted Orders:

  1. Email Us to obtain an RMA Number (include your Name and Order Number) within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  3. Highlight all items being returned (no need to do this if entire order is being returned)
  4. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return within 14 days of receiving the RMA number (the address is below)
  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return reaching us
  6. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  7. We may be able to offer a collection service for unwanted items you wish to return in Norfolk only
  8. Norfolk Collections require an RMA number to be attached to the parcel and the collection will need to be booked in via email with our Dereham branch
  9. Norfolk Collections are charged at £6.00 plus VAT, even if another delivery is booked for the same day as the collection
  10. Norfolk Collections require a minimum of 3-4 days' notice to organise a collection
  11. Norfolk Collections apply to online orders only
  12. Norfolk Collections will be refunded within 14 days of collection
  13. Returns in person can be accepted at our Dereham branch only
  14. Returns in person require an RMA number
  15. Returns in person will be refunded within 14 days of return and not in store

Damaged & Faulty Orders:

  1. Email Us as soon as possible to report a damaged or faulty item (include your Name and Order Number)
  2. We may request images of the issue that you have reported
  3. When a return for refund is offered, we will supply an RMA number and either a collection of the damaged goods or a returns label
  4. Write your RMA Number on the Packing Slip you received with your order
  5. Highlight all items being returned that are damaged/faulty. DO NOT include any undamaged items in this parcel
  6. Add the Packing Slip and RMA Number to the parcel and return by the delivery option we have agreed with you
  7. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the return reaching us
  8. Replacements will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged item(s), and should arrive within 2 working days
  9. Return delivery costs will only be reimbursed where you have a valid RMA number, and have used the return method specified in your RMA email
  10. Returns in person can be accepted at our Dereham branch only
  11. Returns in person require an RMA number
  12. Returns in person will be refunded within 7 days of return and not in store
